چکیده
Groundnut (Arachis hypogaea L.) suffers from many soil borne pathogens that deteriorate the quality of seeds and are responsible for high yield loss. Practically Trichoderma sp. is used seed treatment, it minimizes supports plant growth promotion activities. In present study, five different isolates spp. were isolated groundnut (A. ) rhizosphere soil. All confirmed by morphological methods using molecular tools through Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) amplification Internal Transcribed Spacer (ITS) region DNA gets amplified in 650 bp to 700 bp. molecularly identified as T(SP)-20 (Trichoderma longibrachiatum), T(AR)-10 (T. asperellum), T(VT)-3 hamatum), T(BI)-16 T(TK)-23 citrinoviride). Phytostimulation activities all six viz., phosphate solubilization, Ammonia production, IAA Siderophore evaluated. Among isolates, T(SP)-20, T(AR)-10, TNAU-TA showed higher phytostimulation The on was assessed roll towel method. isolate longibrachiatum) produced highest germination percentage 93.33 vigor index 2246.2. This work developed a new T. longibrachiatum (T(SP)-20) which native having significant could be exploited other disease managing successfully.

Impact of Fungicides Chlorothalonil and Propiconazole on Microbial Activities in Groundnut (Arachis hypogaea L.) Soils
Introduction of agrochemicals (fungicides) into soil may have lasting effects on soil microbial activities and thus affect soil health. In order to determine the changes in microbial activity in a black clay and red sandy loam soils of groundnut (Arachis hypogaea L.) cultivated fields, a case study was conducted with propiconazole and chlorothalonil to evaluate its effects on soil enzymes (cell...

Experiments were carried out to investigate the physiological (dry weight of root, stem, peg, flowers plant, fruits sets percent, pod yield (kg plot), 100-kernel weight, days to flowering and maturity) and biochemical (endogenous proline level) traits of groundnut cultivar Swat Phalli-96 under drought stress. The result showed that drought stress significantly (p < 0.05) reduced dry weight of r...
